CKVB-12 indoor vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for indoor switchgear of three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage 12kV power system. It is suitable for power plants, substations and distribution rooms in power systems, especially in places where frequency operation at rated operating current or multiple switching and closing of short-circuit currents is required. CKVB series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers are divided into side-mounted type, front-mounted type and withdrawable type according to the installation method, and insulated cylinder and solid-insulation-embedded pole type according to the structural form. The maximum rated current is up to 4000A.

The circuit breaker meets the requirements of GB1984-2014 "High Voltage AC Circuit Breaker", JB/T3855-2008 "3.6-40.5kV Indoor AC High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker", DL/T403-2017 "12kV-40.5kV High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker Ordering Technical Conditions" and IEC62271-100.

1.Vacuum arc extinguishing：The novel longitudinal magnetic field vacuum interrupter has better arc extinguishing performance and lower operating overvoltage.

2.Superior performance：The conductive part of the pole and the ceramic vacuum arc extinguishing chamber are both enclosed in an epoxy resin sleeve; Prevent damage to the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, ensuring high resistance in humid, hot, and polluted environments; Important functional components such as energy storage, retention, and release are all treated with heart strengthening and surface treatment; The mechanism components are more corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and the mechanism action is more reliable.

4.Easy operation：Operation mode: manual or motorized. Motorized operating power supply: AC/DC universal, 220 or 110V. The maximum number of optional devices is: two overcurrent trip coil+1 voltage loss trip coil or 3 overcurrent trip coil + 1 locking.
